The Town of Aina Le’a will become a living space – by all means. Once completed, the 1100-acres community will feature a variety of residences restaurants, lakes, parks as well as medical, commercial and educational centers.

The vision of Aina Le’a is to bring together the state-of-the-art construction, landscape design and green energy techniques with the cultural heritage of the Island of Hawai’i.

Aina Le’a is the largest master-planned development program on the Big Island, HI, featuring 2,250 new housing units.

SECTIONS

The individual communities and centers within the Town, will make up the 6 main groups of facilities. While establishing a brand architecture for Aina Le’a, creative experts turned to the ancient Hawaiian culture to find an authentic nomenclature for these six sections.

When we started to develop the Town of Aina Le’a Master-Planned Community program, our dream was to create a living town in this wonderful part of the Big Island and therefore, we consider ourselves very lucky to have acquired such a strategically valuable project site to work with. It is truly, our privilege to contribute to the development of such a special corner of planet Earth.
